With recent medical device approvals in Canada and the US, and pending approvals in Europe and Australia, we are expanding our reach and impact globally. Role Summary We are seeking a Product & AI Consultation Specialist to serve as the premier point of contact for our most advanced technology. You will require strong knowledge of the Vielight Neuro Pro 2 and our Vie-AI software suite, along with our wider range of photobiomodulation (PBM) devices. In this role, you will bridge the gap between human expertise and our software suite, Vie-AI. You will guide customers through their journey, fielding specialized consultation calls, explaining how to get the most out of Vie-AI, and ensuring every user feels supported by both our technology and our team. Key Responsibilities Expert Consultation Calls: Conduct scheduled 1‑on‑1 consultations with customers to provide technical guidance, device orientation, and usage best practices for the Neuro Pro 2 and other Vielight devices. Vie-AI Ambassadorship: Act as the human expert behind the software platform. Educate customers on how to use Vie‑AI effectively and step in personally when a "human touch" or deeper technical nuance is required. Device Mastery: Maintain a strong knowledge of the Vielight product line, especially the Neuro Pro 2, including hardware specs, app connectivity (Bluetooth/iOS/Android), and the science of PBM. Customer Journey Support: Manage high‑priority inquiries via email or chat, ensuring that technical questions are answered with clinical precision and empathy. Knowledge Resource: Act as the internal "Subject Matter Expert". While you won't be coding or training models, you will ensure our internal information about the Neuro Pro 2 is accurate so that Vie‑AI provides the best possible data to users. Required Skills & Qualifications Exceptional Verbal Communication: Comfortable and professional on phone and video calls, building rapport with a diverse global clientele. Technical Fluency: Ability to understand and explain sophisticated hardware and software in approachable language. Informative Software Literacy: Understand what AI can (and cannot) do and can comfortably explain its benefits to customers who may be less tech‑savvy. Organization: Manage a schedule of consultations while staying on top of follow‑up emails and documentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a consultative sales or high‑end technical software support role. Interest or background in neuroscience, wellness technology, or biohacking.
