Provide advice to business leaders and lead solutions to improve quality and eliminate waste. Ensure respective policies/practices/processes meet business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with business priorities. Act as Process Improvement Advisor for Infrastructure & Engineering business, typically leading or contributing on projects of moderate scope and complexity. Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by processes in alignment with risk appetite. Familiarity with the Bank's Technology Risk Management framework as well as industry best practices. Experience defining risks, controls and controls' testing. Support currency of Risk and Control Self-Assessments related to Infrastructure & Engineering and align to identified processes. Provide thought leadership and/ or industry knowledge. Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques. Demonstrated experience in selecting and working with a wide range of CI tools (Value Stream Mapping, Lean, Six Sigma and Validation) as well as other creative problem-solving skills. Database, JIRA/Confluence, Sharepoint development experience a plus. Job Requirements Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required. Advanced knowledge of multiple Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Business Process Improvements methodologies, consulting principles and banking industry knowledge. Business Analyst experience. In-depth Knowledge of function policies, procedures and practices as well as competitor and market trends with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in using analytical software tools, methods and reporting techniques. Dexterous to work multi-functionally and independently, communicate (both speaking and writing), follow instructions/direction, provide assistance and build positive relationships across teams and functions.
