Specialist, Sourcing Join our dynamic team at Jubilant Radiopharma as a Specialist, Sourcing. Role Overview: This position is responsible for the sourcing process of new or existing products, new or existing suppliers, and supporting the existing commercialized products while developing partnerships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility for vendors’ change controls, CAPAs, and returns. Ensure compliance with SOPs, ethical practices, cGMP requirements, business regulations, and the Code of Conduct. Pullout and analyze reports and provide information to management. Promote lean best practices and sustain high performance. Meet targeted metrics/KPIs and maintain high performance aligned with department and corporate goals. Provide feedback and comprehensive communication to internal stakeholders. Build relationships in a matrix environment and foster a favorable working climate. Plan, organize, develop, and control all sourcing activities managed by the position. Create and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization, internal customers, and suppliers. Participate in the Vision Vendor program to reinforce strategic partnerships. Implement and execute sourcing best practices. Source and negotiate raw materials and finished goods, ensuring suppliers meet quality expectations and on‑time delivery while optimizing total cost of ownership. Generate cost reductions, improve payment terms, conduct make‑or‑buy analysis to improve profitability. Review or implement supplier contracts and maintain long‑term contracts and supply agreements. Reduce risks during the introduction of new suppliers and promote sustainability. Drive quality issue resolution in coordination with other departments. Drive continuous improvement with suppliers. Assist in revisions and maintenance of SOPs related to sourcing. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or relevant years of experience. CSCP Certification is an asset. 5+ years experience in a similar role, in a pharmaceutical or food industry, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Bilingual — French and English (must interact with suppliers outside Quebec). Proficiency with SAP. Experience in a GMP environment is a nice to have.
