Heidelberg Materials is seeking a proficient Loader Operator with a strong focus on safety and quality. You will be responsible for operating loader equipment, performing routine inspections, and supporting plant operations. Your ability to communicate with team members and coordinate material flow will be essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate loader equipment safely for material management
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance
• Adhere to safety procedures and promote workplace safety
• Communicate effectively with team members on production needs
• Assist with additional duties to support plant operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a loader operator
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety protocols consistently
• Comfortable working independently or in teams
• At least 18 years old for employment eligibility
