Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Accessibility Auditor to join a large banking client on a 9 month contract in Toronto. You will join a team of accessibility experts supporting a group of digital teams to manually test for 100% accuracy of accessibility on customer sites. Experience with assistive technology (JAWS, NVDA), WCAG, regulations, and screen reader testing. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto with in office days on Wednesday and every third Friday for a total of 5 days/month in office. Skills and Requirements 3-5 years experience working as an accessibility QA conducting manual tests for 100% accuracy Strong experience testing towards WCAG 2.1 standards on mobile and web Expert in using JAWS and NVDA assistive technology tools Strong experience logging/filing accessibility issues to recommend solutions to technical teams Excellent communication skills and soft skills - Real life daily experience with screen readers Testing experience using iOS Voiceover and Android Talkback Testing to EN301 549 standards Testing PDF Accessibility Creating an ACR Report Logging issues in Deque Auditor Trusted Tester 508 Certification We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
