Elevate your career as a Senior Data Analyst at the Canadian Red Cross, working in a partially virtual environment across Canada. Lead advanced data analysis, create insightful visualizations, and optimize processes to drive data-informed decisions.
In this permanent full-time role, you will report to the Lead, Data and Analytics within Humanitarian Services. Your expertise will enable collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and insights. You will guide projects through analytical techniques, develop dashboards, and engage in continuous improvement efforts ensuring best practices in data management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify data requirements with stakeholders to ensure accuracy
• Lead data analysis, reporting, and audit activities
• Develop visualizations and dashboards for stakeholder insights
• Manage source-to-target data mapping processes
• Support risk management and performance indicator development
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-9 years experience with relevant degree or diploma
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skillset
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Knowledge of ETL processes and cloud platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
