You'll Do: Maintain a safe work environment Ensuring the efficient operation of the Biomass Facility Ensure the efficient operation of the CDK kilns, including loading and unloading Perform Kiln changes and other duties as needed You Have: A valid 4th class power engineering designation including firing time Work well in a team environment Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Desire to progress, learn, grow and succeed Physical ability to work 12-hour shifts Desire to progress, learn, grow and succeed Good interpersonal and communication skills Compensation Package: The hourly pay rate for this position may vary depending on experience, education, and location.
