We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Portfolio Operations team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible to provide Daily Business Support for front-middle office applications, projects and workflow development pertaining to CI’s compliance, Portfolio management and portfolio operations teams. What You Will Do Work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, and apply expertise in various product areas to deliver high quality service. Develop a strong proficiency with the investment applications being utilized for trading and portfolio management, and provide day‑to‑day support with a focus on continual improvement in dependability and operational excellence. Collaborate with compliance, portfolio managers, traders and operations to define the scope of new processes, projects and to document the associated workflows. Assist in the implementation and support of the new middle office platform (ABOR, IBOR, PMAR) Establish, monitor and maintain high client satisfaction levels. Works closely with the project managers, business users, QA, developers, and other technology professionals to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Prioritize testing tasks, scenarios and test cases and track and report on testing activities. Cultivate effective working relationships with CI investment management and operations, custodians, clearers, auditors, data vendors and others in the industry. What You Will Bring Candidate with 3+ years related work experience in a similar role or supporting front office trading. Advanced knowledge and experience with Charles River Order Management system and Bloomberg Data.
