About The Company Fintary Location: US Employees: 1-50 Funding: Seed Round Industry: Financial Purpose: Revenue and payout platform built for the insurance ecosystem to streamline reconciliation, collection, and reporting, unlocking efficiency and growth. Responsibilities Transform V1 product into a scalable, robust platform, ensuring 99.9% uptime. Implement modern technologies to enhance financial solutions, aiming for a 20% improvement in processing speed. Build features for document and data processing, reducing manual entry by 15%. Develop systems for reconciling financial transactions, maintaining an error rate below 0.5%. Apply ML techniques to detect anomalies, increasing detection accuracy by 25%. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, targeting a 30% increase in customer satisfaction. Ensure code quality and maintainability, with less than 3% regression bugs per release. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 8+ years of software development experience, preferably in fintech or banking, with experience in CRM integration including Salesforce. Technical skills: Full stack development, proficiency in modern programming languages, experience with cloud services, knowledge of machine learning, familiarity with financial systems and transaction reconciliation.
