Go Kia West is an expanding dealership group that offers its Warranty Administrator best-in-class training, jaw-dropping pay plans and clear advancement opportunities.A warranty administrator will be primarily responsible for opening & closing and warranty repair orders to through CDK.Your duties will include:Process warranty claims in a timely manner, as each repair order is closed.Review and process all claims including; returned, rejected, adjusted and warrantyTrack each claim until its final resolution.Maintain warranty receivable schedules and reconcile credit memos dailyReview and distribute product recalls to staff.Review repair orders for proper documentation and verifies criteria required by manufacturer are metReconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to make adjustments.Perform quarterly auditsOther duties, as assignedWhat you bring to the table:Outgoing friendly personality with the ability to find common ground with anyoneStrong time management skillsWarranty Administrator experience in a dealership is an assetMechanical knowledge as prior service advisor or technician is an assetCDK experience?
