We are proud to be the steward of Canadian CANDU nuclear technology.## **Your role*** Prepare requisitions or Engineering Quotation Requests (EQR) for equipment and materials to support procurement.* Interface and provide technical guidance and instruction to Designers/Drafters.* Prepare preliminary design walkdown report, OPEX report etc.* Perform conceptual, preliminary, and/or detailed design phases to support Nuclear electrical systems and modifications.* Prepare technical documents, such as: engineering drawings (including GAs, DDs, EDs), change paper markups, calculations, design/analysis reports, design requirements, design manuals, bill of materials, design specifications, technical specifications, component specification sheets, commissioning specifications, etc.## **About you*** Electrical Engineering degree and eligible to become a member of PEO (PEng).* Experience in modeling electrical power systems and use of analysis functions in ETAP, or other similar software program is an asset.* Experience with medium voltage and low voltage power distribution systems, including preparation of Single Line diagrams, Elementary Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Cable Block Diagrams, and schedules, and calculation of power demand/electrical load lists, transformer sizing, cable sizing, circuit breaker sizing calculations.* Good knowledge and experience of electrical power systems and applicable codes and standards, such as OESCM CSA 22.1.* Having OPG site security clearance and /or eligible to obtain site security clearance.* Currently working / Worked in OPG for preliminary engineering, detail design and modification project activities as per OPG N-PROC-MP-0090 will be an asset.* Worked on OPG AS7 and/or AS9 (or equivalent asset management system) system will be an asset.## **Reward & benefits**Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career at AtkinsRéalis in Canada.Enjoy competitive compensation, employee recognition, and a brilliant range of flexible benefits you can tailor to your health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle needs.Make the most of diverse opportunities for training and professional development to grow your skills and expertise.And take advantage of our hybrid working culture and generous time-off policies to balance a fulfilling career with your personal life.## **About AtkinsRéalis**We're , a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
