About the Role Seeking a Payroll Officer for a 3-6 month temporary role with a view to permanency. Some of your duties will include : Processing payroll for up to + employees across WA Calculating and managing PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, and WorkCover payments Maintaining and updating employee files and payroll records Responding to employee payroll enquiries with accuracy and professionalism Assisting with payroll reporting and other ad hoc payroll duties Collaborating with the payroll team and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations The Ideal Candidate You will have : Proven experience in high volume payroll processing, ideally within medium to large organisations Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, and EBAs Excellent communication skills and ability to manage payroll queries professionally High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team About the Organisation Our client is a well-established and leading not for profit business offering excellent training and career development within payroll.
