In this vibrant position, you will be responsible for planning and facilitating a range of events, from children’s birthday parties to various craft classes. With your enthusiastic approach, you'll guide participants through craft activities while also managing store operational duties. Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure guests find what they need for their creative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage children’s birthday parties and events
• Instruct participants in craft projects and facilitate activities
• Engage and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store
• Complete administrative tasks to support event logistics
Requirements:
• Experience in retail or customer service environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle job stress and interact positively
• Organizational skills and a knack for problem-solving
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
