Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Field Sales Leader for Ottawa, Ontario. In this position, you will manage a team of 6-10 Field Marketing Representatives and Assistant Market Leaders, while also taking an active role in sales activities. You'll ensure operational excellence, support recruitment and training efforts, and maintain high performance within your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support a field team of 6–10 representatives
• Conduct coaching and performance management discussions
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance regularly
• Actively engage in direct sales and customer acquisition
• Maintain operational reporting and compliance records
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Consent to a background check
