We would love to discuss it with you in more detailShop Helper Responsibilities:Stocks; places orders; verifies receipt of parts and supplies for service techniciansAssists service technicians and other service drive employees by bringing appropriate supplies and equipment to workspace and then putting away after usePerforms basic vehicle maintenance services including but not limitedrotating, replacing, mounting and balancing tires, adjusting fluids and coolants, oil and filter changes and brake adjustmentsCleans work areas, empties trash, collects scrap and used materials then process according to company policy and in accordance with local, state and federal regulationsMoves vehicles from one area to another within the dealershipCleans vehicles prior to delivery to customerPerforms additional duties related to the repair of vehicles as required and assigned by senior technician or SupervisorsDocuments all work performedMaintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer and in accordance with company policiesComplies with all laws and regulations pertaining to working with hazardous materials.Reports any deviations to management immediatelyCommunicates with Supervisor if additional work is neededComplies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials.
