The Network Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the security and efficiency of the organization’s network infrastructure. This role involves implementing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting various network systems to ensure optimal performance and security. The Network Analyst will work closely with the IT team to support high-security server environments, manage security certificates, and maintain network security tools and applications. Key Responsibilities Manage and apply security certificates to ensure secure network communications; monitor expiration and renew as needed. Implement, configure, and support F5 load balancers; troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and performance. Support, configure, and implement firewall rules to protect network integrity; troubleshoot firewall-related issues. Provide support for high-security server environments; ensure server configurations align with security protocols. Implement, configure, and support VPN solutions for remote access; troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues. Conduct network trace, packet investigations, and gateway support; provide integration configuration support. Implement, support, and troubleshoot McAfee Antivirus applications; ensure antivirus solutions are up-to-date. Implement, configure, and support web proxy solutions to secure internet access. Provide support and maintain DNS and DHCP configurations; troubleshoot issues related to name resolution and IP management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in network analysis or a similar role. Proven experience with F5 load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and high-security server environments. Strong knowledge of network protocols and tools, including DHCP and DNS. Experience with McAfee Antivirus and web proxy configurations. Ability to analyze network traces and perform packet investigations. Level 2 security clearance required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, F5 Certified Administrator, or similar.
