*Position Summary: *Using a mediator model, providing behavioural programming and supports to children and adults with Intellectual Disability and their families, teaching them new skills and ways of responding that will encourage positive behaviour change. Providing support to Autism Services.
*Qualifications: *
* Graduate of Behaviour Science Technology Program or equivalent
* Extensive experience working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities and their families, caregivers.
* Writing Behaviour Support Plans, solid knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis, team oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills, family involvement, connections with Agencies, organized, confident, ability to manage time effectively, work independently.
* Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication
*Reporting Relationship: *The successful candidate will report to Coordinator, Behaviour Development
