Life at the Studio Access to chair massages, fresh fruit and snacks, gym, sports activities, etc; Regular presentations of projects and new developments: we keep our team up to date on all Frima developments; Close‑knit, caring and inclusive teams, even remotely Come and discover the rest for yourself Job Description What your weeks are going to look like Propose functional design solutions to develop the project’s technical foundations for UI; Design functional prototypes to test and validate the user experience with the team; Animate certain interface elements within the Unreal game engine; Serve as the main point of contact for technical UI issues on the project, both internally and with external partners; Actively participate in progress meetings and collaborate with other disciplines; Mentor and support UI designers by providing guidance and sharing best practices; Develop the UI development pipeline in Unreal in collaboration with the technical leadership team; Take part in project retrospectives to improve future UI processes; Contribute to the evolution of tools, templates, and workflows used for UI across the studio. Qualifications What we're looking for College diploma in graphic design, UX/UI design, digital arts, or another related field combined with equivalent experience; Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in UI design or other relevant experience; Demonstrated experience in technical interface design on AAA projects; Experience mentoring teams; Experience in technical UI development and solid experience with Unreal 5.X; Ability to design interfaces for different audiences and platforms (console, PC, mobile); Excellent command of creation tools (Figma, Photoshop, or equivalents); Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English. English proficiency is required, as we collaborate with English‑speaking partners; Available to travel internationally when needed.
