The role supports metadata tooling, Digital Health Data Dictionary (DHDD), and OIDs/URIs enhancements to improve data quality, interoperability, and governance. Key Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise data architecture for metadata management Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models Define common business vocabulary, data standards, and metadata structures Align data architecture with enterprise and business architecture Collaborate with clinical, product, architecture, and development teams Support documentation and knowledge transfer activities Must-Have Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in solution design, system integration, or platform delivery within complex digital environments (public health or government preferred).
