In this role, you'll help bring the Old Navy brand to life while connecting with customers in meaningful ways. As a Seasonal Brand Associate, your responsibilities will include educating shoppers about products, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create memorable shopping experiences that align with the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently provide respectful interactions with customers
• Promote and explain loyalty program benefits
• Engage customers using suggestive selling methods
• Keep the store neat and organized at all times
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Willingness to embrace technology tools
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift items up to 30 pounds
