Opportunity We are looking for a Manager, WAM Product & Continuous Improvement to join the Work and Asset Management Innovation team. Reporting to the Director, Customer & Grid Intelligence, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive product innovation across the organization. Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership groups, including the Management Operating System (MOS) committee, to identify,, and shape process improvements that enhance operational performance. Foster a data‑driven environment where insights from operational data inform decisions and guide continuous improvement efforts. Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the impact of improvement initiatives. Champion a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with product teams to enhance product features, usability, and performance. Drive product lifecycle management, from ideation through development to launch and post‑launch optimization. Conduct market and user research to inform product strategy and innovation. Lead alignment across business stakeholders, data team, product team, IT, and the continuous improvement team. Work within an agile environment, balancing competing priorities and incoming requests. Lead cross‑functional teams in executing improvement and product initiatives. Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting findings, recommendations, and progress updates. Mentor and develop team members in continuous improvement and product thinking. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in continuous improvement, product management, or operations. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is considered an asset. Strong analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision‑making. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proven ability to influence and drive change in a complex organizational environment. Safety Hold safety paramount at all times, for self and others.
