Accountabilities Transform business questions into clear analytical problems and build scalable frameworks. Define key metrics and track performance in collaboration with business and engineering teams. Design KPI frameworks and reporting systems aligned with strategic goals. Ensure accuracy and documentation of datasets as a data product steward. Optimize and automate data processes for efficiency and accessibility. Deliver complete analytics workflows that empower decision-making. Requirements 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field in a high-growth tech environment. Product-oriented mindset with a focus on building scalable solutions. Ability to partner cross-functionally with various teams to define business metrics. Strong experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar. Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehouses like Snowflake. Proficiency in Python or R for analytical modeling and storytelling. Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to various audiences.
