About the team PostGrid’s sales engineering team is the bridge between our customers and our product. As we are an API‑first company, this team’s focus is to enable our customers to leverage our technology effectively. This involves everything from extending the capabilities of our platform to writing effective documentation that lets customers go from idea to implementation with the least amount of friction. Key responsibilities Extend our platform using your knowledge of NodeJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, React, and AWS Architect solutions that scale from one to a thousand customers Create re‑usable systems to enable smoother integrations with our APIs and dashboards Delight enterprise customers with catered technical demonstrations and interactive documentation Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure our roadmap aligns with the demands of our customers Effectively hand off customers to our customer success teams for a smooth onboarding Educate internal and external stakeholders about the capabilities of our platform Work with your lead to evolve sales engineering processes as our customer list grows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing engineering role, preferably within the SaaS industry Strong understanding of backend technologies and experience building REST APIs Bonus points for experience with Rust or C/C++ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset What we offer Hybrid work with flexible hours to support work‑life balance A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Our Commitment to Diversity PostGrid is an equal opportunity employer and values the diversity of backgrounds and perspectives.
