**Job Title: Forklift Operator****Job Description**We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team as a Shipper/Receiver and Order Picker at our new facility. The ideal candidate will operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift in narrow aisles and assist in loading and unloading trailers. This role requires handling heavy lifting up to 50 lbs with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail. You will primarily work using high-reach forks and engage in manual tasks such as unloading, picking products, and verifying shipment orders.**Responsibilities**Operate sit-down counterbalance forklifts safely in narrow aisles.Load and unload trailers for internal transfers between buildings.Perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.Work using high-reach forks to handle tall pallets.Use RF scanners to verify orders and ensure accuracy.Handle and organize paperwork efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and storage.Unload products from incoming trucks and identify inventory discrepancies.Safely load orders into trucks according to shipment confirmations.**Essential Skills**Proficiency in operating sit-down counterbalance forklifts with at least 2 years of experience.Experience working in narrow spaces.Strong attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written.Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.Experience with RF scanners and warehouse operations.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Ability to work independently and maintain productivity.**Why Work Here?**Join us for a long-term opportunity with potential for growth and promotions.
