The position is for 0.75 hours daily from 8:15 AM to 9:00 AM, effective ASAP until June 30, 2027. Ideal candidates have a minimum of Grade 12 and relevant experience, including behavior management coursework. Additionally, demonstrable technology skills are preferred to assist in various student needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally
• Assist with communication and speech-language activities
• Help develop and implement individualized student programs
• Provide supervision and assist with daily routines
• Support library duties including student assistance and cataloguing
Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Para Educator Certificate is desired
• Relevant training and experience required
• Coursework in behavior management
• Proven technology skills for student support
