Retail Shift Leader - Full-time at Canna Cabana Canna Cabana is actively seeking Retail Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature individuals interested in joining our team. Responsibilities Recruit, coach, and train top talent to educate and inform customers. Deliver a knowledgeable, genuine, and exceptional customer experience. Ensure the store is inviting, spotless, and well merchandised. Serve as the resident product expert and ensure excellent staff training and development. Build the brand and create a welcoming environment for customers, engaging with the communities in which we work. Use a problem‑solving and collaborative approach to achieve operational excellence, including developing and implementing processes, overseeing inventory, providing feedback on product trends, and maintaining corporate visual merchandising standards. Obtain a valid Smart Choices certification or be able to obtain one quickly. Provide a clean Criminal Background Check before the start date. Demonstrate leadership skills and have at least 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience. Be willing to work nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations, and any shift based on business needs (Monday‑Sunday). Develop and train staff through positive coaching and feedback. Maintain strong organization, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Qualifications MS Office suite proficiency. POS expertise. Post‑secondary education in a related field.
