In this role, you will work with a specialized team of marketers, agency partners, and business partners to deliver innovative campaigns and programs to drive acquisition, engagement, and other critical business results. What will you do? Help support creation of engaging marketing campaigns and contribute to enterprise‑wide initiatives. Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, content, and advisor support tasks: Collaborate with internal teams & agency partners on the creative process. Ensure campaign execution timelines are met and all components are deployment‑ready. Review in‑market components and provide input on improvements. Act as a partner and liaison with internal business partners. Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current processes. Provide strong marketing governance, assist with monthly reporting cycle and related account reconciliations and documentation standards. What do you need to succeed? Must‑have Currently enrolled in or returning to a Canadian post‑secondary institution focused on marketing, communications, psychology, sociology, or related discipline. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong project management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Basic understanding of external marketing channels. Strong desire to learn while moving projects forward. Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Nice‑to‑have Ability to analyze results proactively and suggest improvements. Curiosity and creativity. Passion for learning and innovating.
