Position Overview The Urban Painter is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team full-time. If you’re passionate about sales and leadership, have painting or construction experience and looking for an opportunity to grow with a supportive, creative company, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share. Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by managing relationships and addressing concerns proactively. Work closely with the operations team to align sales strategies with project execution, ensuring a seamless client experience. Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Represent The Urban Painter at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote the brand and generate leads. Actively participate in sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Contribute Directly to revenue generation through individual sale efforts. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Who You Are Asales professional with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Comfortable using technology to manage sales pipelines and team performance.
