Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) American Eagle Outfitters Inc. Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. (What’s the AEO Selling Model? Don’t worry – we’ll teach you everything you need to know) Show enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products; educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Adapt flexibly between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy. Assist teammates – be a team player and help get the job done. Act with integrity, following AEO’s policies and procedures. Qualifications Love interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
