NEDR is an advanced security software designed to protect our customers' 5G and 6G critical telecommunications infrastructure from cyber threats without impacting the integrity and performance of the network. It offers real-time monitoring of network function data and traffic for rapid threat detection and response. As part of this high-performance dynamic team, you will participate in the full software development cycle and be responsible for helping gather the latest threat intelligence, managing, studying TI feeds, and developing telco-specialized threat detection rules as well as participate in the process to deliver them to our customers. Your expertise in security is required to participate in the study, creation, and maintenance of various solutions for detecting incidents, events of interest and abnormal behaviour. The variety of technical solutions involved offers a wide scope of work, including cloud aspects, Machine Learning, Threat Intelligence, etc. Responsibilities Create and manage detection rules: YARA, Suricata, SIEM queries, and telco-specific analytics. Manage Threat Intelligence flows and IOC identification; curate, normalize, and operationalize TI for detection use cases. Manage delivery of source code, test artifacts, metrics dashboards, and documentation for your activities. Plan and execute red team tests and adversary emulation, collaborate in purple teaming with detection engineers and incident responders to close gaps and harden NEDR content and pipelines. Evaluate and integrate breach-and-attack simulation (BAS) and adversary emulation tools (e.g., Caldera, Atomic Red Team) to automate efficacy assessments. Independently analyze, design, develop, and test product features, improvements, and bug resolutions per customer requirements. Ensure ethical testing practices and compliance with safety, privacy, and telecom operational constraints. Resolve customer trouble tickets; diagnose complex issues and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications Experience in network threat analysis and detection, including Threat Intelligence platforms such as OpenCTI. Hands-on experience with red team/purple team activities or adversary emulation in cloud-native environments. Ability to design and interpret efficacy metrics (coverage, detection quality, dwell time, MTTD/MTTR). Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills paired with cross-functional collaboration skills, including excellent written and verbal communication. Nice to have Experience writing Suricata rules and using Wireshark for network traffic analysis. Experience with the MITRE ATT&CK framework (Enterprise and Mobile), ATT&CK evaluations, and Atomic Red Team.
