Skills and Responsibilities: Requirement gathering and analysis – Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify and document business needs for reporting and analytics. Solution design and development – Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and design multi-dimensional models and reports. Technical expertise – Leverage strong skills in SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP BW, BW4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud) and data modeling (including native HANA modeling). Project leadership – Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of reporting solutions. Data quality and governance – Implement and maintain reports to ensure master data in SAP conforms to global data governance standards. Testing and validation – Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of reporting solutions.
