Senior Data Analyst - Portfolio Analytics Electronic Arts (EA) is a leading provider of entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. The Data & Insights (D&I) team harnesses the power of data to deliver transformative insights and solutions to EA game teams and players. The Portfolio Analytics team focuses on driving strategy, governance, AI applications and personalized analytics to inform top‑level decisions. Responsibilities Use machine learning techniques to analyze data and build predictive models. Use R/Python to automate processes for recurring requests. Create concise insights and presentations for top leadership. Contribute to high‑profile portfolio projects through creative idea implementation. Develop solid relationships with partners, encouraging collaboration. Coordinate projects from ideation to implementation. Create reports and answer ad‑hoc questions that help assess the health of games. Qualifications SQL: advanced skills including experience querying complex data sets. Data Manipulation: advanced skills in data wrangling, data preprocessing, and data transformation. Machine Learning: experienced with machine‑learning algorithms and predictive modeling. Programming: proficient in Python or R and eager to develop further. Data Visualization: advanced techniques and tools for effective storytelling. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: British Columbia (Vancouver/Victoria) $91,100 – $126,900 CAD. Benefits include 3 weeks vacation, 10 days sick leave, EI/QPIP top‑up, maternity & parental leave, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life & disability insurance, retirement plan, bonus and equity eligibility.
