Commercial Sales Consultant Apply for the Commercial Sales Consultant role at The Brick . Description The role’s prime responsibility is to develop and grow our furniture, electric fireplace, and commercial quote opportunities for The Brick / Midnorthern Appliance Commercial Division. You will join a proactive and high‑caliber sales team that focuses on customer experience and providing solutions. Your KPI targets will be achieved through generating sales opportunities, understanding the business needs of prospects and customers, identifying undiscovered growth across incremental categories, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and onboard net new accounts. Identify and sell opportunities across multiple categories into our existing customer base. Efficiently organize time spent on outside sales development and in meetings with commercial customers. Enhance relationships with existing accounts to identify and secure future business opportunities. Complete tenders/quotes in a timely manner to customers and ensure accuracy of details communicated. Provide product specifications and generate project quotes. Arrange for extended warranty, financing, delivery and installation as required. Maintain an updated log of prospects and key accounts. Meet performance targets and growth plans in cooperation with the East GTA Regional Director. Liaison with the commercial sales customer care team to deliver exceptional service and a Best‑in‑Class overall customer experience. Qualifications Post‑secondary education in Business or Marketing with a minimum of 3 years of B2B outbound consultative sales and customer service experience, or a minimum of 5 years of such experience in lieu of post‑secondary education. A clear understanding of “true salesmanship” that goes beyond simply moving products or order taking. Experience providing products and/or services to the multi‑unit residential construction industry is an asset. Knowledge of account management with the ability to create and execute strategies within an assigned territory to deliver against sales targets. Outstanding time‑management skills, presentation, communication, and customer‑service experience. Having a “growth mindset and sense of accountability” is an absolute must. Why The Brick?
