Lead capital structure planning and liaise with lenders for credit facilities or refinancing needs. Develop and monitor key financial metrics to guide operational and strategic decisions. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and legal advisors to ensure compliance and support financing initiatives. Prepare financial packages and reporting that demonstrate the company’s strength to internal and external stakeholders.
