Title: Retail Summer Field Sales Representative, KW/Grey Bruce/Halton/Guelph Date: Jan 19, 2026 Location: Kitchener, ON, CA Requisition ID: 37341 We seek a Summer Field Sales Representative for the KW/Grey Bruce/Halton/Guelph region.
The contract is full‑time, beginning in May and ending in August, with the possibility of full‑time employment upon graduation. The position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with Territory Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
Participate in sales team training to develop professional skills with a focus on sales, marketing, consumer insights, and analytics. Set up signage, merchandise, and promotional materials at accounts and events (merchandising). Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador to consumers, customers, and community members. Understand and identify business performance, distribution, and volume opportunities within on‑premise customers (reporting).
Present key insights and recommendations to advance the Summer Field Sales Representative role and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summer.
Qualifications
Third or fourth year of a university or college degree. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and light travel. Valid driver’s license without restrictions and a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract. Possession of a Smart Serve Certificate or provincial equivalent (or ability to obtain one).
Resident of, or familiar with, the assigned territory. Ability to build empathy with consumers, especially millennials and diverse consumers. Strong relationship‑building and collaborative skills. Accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
Thirst for learning and a desire to help others grow. Access to a Molson vehicle for the summer, a sales iPad, cell phone budget, and a pay rate of $20 per hour.
