Regional Marketing Manager

Position Overview
The Regional Marketing Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and serves as the central point of marketing accountability for the entire division, spanning all regions. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing budgets, tactical planning, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving service innovation related to marketing. Collaboration with the Executive Vice President, Vice Presidents, operational staff, and vendors is essential for successful execution.
Responsibilities
Brand Activation:
- Develops and implements brand activation plans.
- Manages brand storytelling and expression to enhance reach and impact.
- Collaborates with the Interactive and Design Coordinator/Partner on brand planning, visual design, and positioning.
Digital Marketing:
- Manages division websites, including content creation and publication.
- Engages in search engine optimization (SEO) activities, competitor analysis, keyword integration, and Google AdWords campaign management.
- Oversees social media platforms and content performance.
- Collaborates with agencies for effective channel strategy and cost-efficient media buying.
- Leads email marketing campaigns and monitors customer online reviews.
Traditional, Out of Home, and Sponsorship Marketing:
- Provides tactical support to sales teams through marketing collateral and brand/product messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience, 5+ leading a marketing division.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets
- Able to lead marketing campaigns + work with external vendors.
- Extensive background working in B2C sector
- Knowledge of Residential/Commercial Rental and lease-up strategies a must
