Responsibilities Develop and maintain ITOM solutions within ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, etc.). Good understanding of ServiceNow toolsets. Service Mapping and Discovery: Implement and maintain service maps and discovery schedules to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data. Event Management Implementation: Configure event rules, alerts, and notifications within ServiceNow Event Management to automate incident creation and response. ITOM integrations experience or knowledge (SailPoint, SAP, SCCM, Dynatrace, etc.). Interacts with client management to answer questions, solve problems and requests regarding complex system issues. Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred At least 3-5 years of experience. Experience working with appropriate ServiceNow ITOM functions and tools. Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM space like discovery, service mapping etc. Experience working with company products and services. Experience working with company and client documentation and ServiceNow ITOM Management procedures. Experience developing complex ServiceNow ITOM Management implementations and organizational processes.
