Associate Superintendent Christ The Redeemer Catholic Schools serves approximately 10,500 students, 500 teachers and 250 support staff across southern Alberta. The division offers a traditional Catholic education in schools located in Canmore, Brooks, Drumheller, High River, Okotoks, De Winton, Oyen and Strathmore, and provides online, home‑education and shared‑responsibility programs to students all over Alberta and around the world. This full‑time position is based out of Okotoks and requires travel to all Christ The Redeemer Catholic Schools. The Associate Superintendent reports directly to the Superintendent and is responsible for ensuring classroom environments, school facilities and learning spaces effectively support teaching, curriculum delivery and student success across all Catholic school communities. Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership for divisional finance, budgeting and provincial funding, ensuring stewardship of public resources and compliance with all legislative and reporting requirements. Oversee systems leadership for facilities, capital planning, infrastructure and transportation, ensuring safe, efficient and welcoming learning environments. Manage insurance and risk, as well as core corporate systems and frameworks that support effective decision‑making and long‑range sustainability. Support professional practice across the division by providing system‑level educational leadership and collaborating with school leaders. Oversee extra‑curricular and athletic programs, field‑trip frameworks, division food services and nutrition funding. Lead system‑level policy and practice in privacy, access to information and forms management.
