ERP Solutions Architect for NetSuite

The ERP Solutions Architect for NetSuite is responsible for designing and overseeing the end-to-end technical architecture of the NetSuite ERP system. This role ensures that the ERP solution aligns with business processes, meets scalability goals, and integrates seamlessly with external systems. The architect will lead technical solution design, enforce development standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities: Design and own the complete technical architecture for NetSuite ERP aligned with business and scalability requirements. Develop and customize scripts, workflows, and configurations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Lead integration architecture and design data flow between NetSuite and external systems (Salesforce, HRIS, E-commerce, BI tools, etc.). Define and execute robust data migration strategies ensuring accuracy and integrity between legacy and new systems. Establish ERP development standards, perform code reviews, and maintain platform governance and technical documentation. Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and vendors to deliver ERP projects on schedule. Evaluate and implement new NetSuite modules, features, and enhancements as per evolving business needs. Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in ERP technical solution architecture, including at least 3 years specifically with NetSuite ERP. Proven experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems such as Salesforce, HRIS, and E-commerce platforms. Hands‑on expertise in data migration using CSV imports, REST APIs, and middleware. Solid background in data modeling, workflow automation, and NetSuite custom scripting. Proficiency with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices within NetSuite environments. Understanding of role‑based access control, system governance, and NetSuite performance tuning. Preferred Skills: Experience in leading large‑scale ERP transformation projects. Knowledge of business process design and ERP best practices across Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM modules. Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteAnalytics and BI integration. Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer Certification (Preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
