About the job: Conduct in-depth analysis of technical development trends in mobile application ecosystem testing, make correct direction judgments and technical plans, and develop ecosystem testing engineering solutions for integration into Huawei's Harmony OS ecosystem, including developer enablement and governance systems. Lead research and breakthroughs in key algorithms and technologies for eco-testing across devices such as cell phones, PCs, and XR, focusing on quality testing, experience evaluation, security, and privacy governance. Ensure the technologies and algorithms are industry-leading to maintain credibility and relevance. Collaborate proactively with internal industrial testing teams, universities, research organizations, and industry partners to influence and build a robust ecosystem. Job requirements: Over five years of relevant experience in eco-application quality assurance, privacy security compliance, and governance, preferably in leading eco-enterprises like Apple, Android, or Windows, with a solid technical background in eco-development and eco-governance. Strong technical vision and industry influence, with a good understanding of current trends in academia and industry, and active engagement with academic and industrial conferences and forums. Demonstrates strong independent thinking and teamwork skills. Experience with AppStore, Google Play, or other top application markets, including quality assurance, security detection, and technology planning and implementation, is preferred.
