Responsibilities Act as Executive Sponsor for top‑tier clients, leading strategic guidance and revenue‑operations best practices. Build and maintain a retainer‑based book of business, driving sales growth through targeted client acquisition. Directly contribute to and oversee significant ARR volume by improving client health and demonstrating measurable value. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close and renewal across multiple opportunities simultaneously. Communicate compelling value propositions clearly to C‑suite leaders, demonstrating ROI through recommended Salesforce solutions. Represent Ateko as a sought‑after speaker and thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem. Oversee delivery of client work for retainers and project engagements, ensuring satisfaction and success. Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and other team members on requirements gathering, design, development, and testing. Act as a professional and positive mentor, sharing domain expertise and fostering a growth mindset. Qualifications 5+ years of C‑suite sales experience, with proven ability to communicate compelling value propositions of complex solutions. Proven executive sponsorship – continuous partnership and client advocacy throughout the engagement. Track record of building and maintaining relationships with C‑suite clients and decision‑makers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Analytical problem‑solving skills, able to work independently in fast‑paced environments. Salesforce acumen – experience with Salesforce technologies, certifications, or work at a Salesforce system integrator. Familiarity with technical consulting and enterprise software solutions; proven ability to challenge the status quo. Eligibility to work in Canada – Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident of Canada, or valid work permit.
