We’re looking for a data-driven and creative SEO Specialist to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our clients’ websites for search engines, increasing their visibility, and driving meaningful organic traffic.



Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for a variety of clients, tailored to their unique needs and industries.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage expertise in local and multi-location SEO to optimize campaigns for clients with multiple business locations, ensuring strong local search visibility.

On-Page Optimization:

  • Optimize website elements including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and image alt attributes.
  • Ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices and user intent.

Off-Page Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure a strong off-page presence.
  • Help build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.

Technical SEO:

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and page speed optimization.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, site architecture improvements, and mobile optimization.

Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content.
  • Identify trending topics and long-tail keyword opportunities to create high-performing blog posts and landing pages.
  • Build hub-and-spoke strategies

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

Client Collaboration:

  • Communicate regularly with clients to present SEO strategies, progress updates, and performance reports.
  • Educate clients on the value of SEO and how it contributes to their broader marketing goals. Internal Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with Paid Media and Web Development/CRO teams to help ensure a holistic approach across all digital marketing efforts.­



Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful SEO campaigns in B2B, lead-gen, and ecommerce.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for writing, and SEO analysis
  • Proficiency in Web analytics, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Experience setting up conversion tracking, including but not limited to: Creating Tags in Google Tag Manager, setting up key events in GA4, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or Squarespace.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
