Software Developer Manager II, Conversational Agents and Dialogflow Software Development Manager role in Google’s conversational AI & Dialogflow product. Manage a team of developers, set technical roadmap, and drive large‑scale AI initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of front‑end and user interface development. 3+ years of technical leadership experience. 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. 3+ years of experience working in a complex organization. Responsibilities Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization’s goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision‑making across teams. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development to individuals. Develop and evolve a mid‑term technical roadmap and system designs.
