Investment Banking Financial Modeling Expert – Remote AI Contract

We are inviting experienced Investment Banking and Private Equity professionals with deep financial modeling expertise to contribute to a high-impact AI training initiative. In this part-time, contract role, you’ll use real deal experience to help shape how advanced AI systems understand and build institutional-quality financial models . This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have built models from scratch on desk and enjoy translating complex deal logic into clear, structured frameworks. What You’ll Do Design advanced financial modeling tasks based on real IB / PE scenarios Build gold‑standard reference models and evaluation criteria Review AI‑generated models for accuracy, logic, and structural integrity Create and assess complex models including 3‑statement models, DCFs, LBOs, M&A, and growth equity Develop modeling tasks for recapitalizations, carve‑outs, and non‑standard deal structures Document assumptions, methodologies, and modeling rationale with precision Collaborate asynchronously with research teams through clear written feedback Who This Is For 5+ years of hands‑on experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, hedge funds, or corporate development Proven ability to build advanced financial models from scratch (no templates) Strong command of LBOs, DCFs (WACC & sensitivities), and transaction modeling Sharp transaction judgment and attention to institutional‑quality detail Strong written communication and documentation skills Comfortable working independently in a remote, high‑performance environment Role Details Part‑time contract engagement Fully remote and asynchronous Open to candidates based in the US, UK, or Canada Why This Role Stands Out You’ll apply real‑world deal experience to cutting‑edge AI systems being built for one of the world’s largest technology organizations—without stepping away from finance entirely. #J-18808-Ljbffr
