Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance reporting and dashboard solutions for corporate real estate using internal and external data.
  • Drive innovation in Corporate Real Estate technology landscape through key projects.
  • Develop and maintain applications, ensuring technical design and development for on-premises and cloud initiatives.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment, conducting code peer reviews and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure operating efficiency of existing application systems and contribute to automation unit testing.
  • Provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements and ensure compliance with technology standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform capabilities and adopt DevOps practices for process automation.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in full stack development for medium to large enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Angular, Django, and UI/UX.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle DB, and MongoDB.
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or OpenShift) and familiarity with noSQL technologies.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, Kafka, Docker/OpenShift Containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet high-quality standards within deadlines.
  • End-to-end application design experience and system architecture knowledge.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with React, Mainframe, micro-services, web services, REST APIs, and PHP.
