Utilize compensation tools for market benchmarking purposes.* Provide analytical support and guidance on more complex request as it relates to compensation, HR, workforce reporting and analytics* Provide support in the administration of the job evaluation process to support compensation as well as reporting and analysis.* Provide support in the share administration of the Canadian share programs which includes, verification of share statements, share reporting and reconciliation, audits and annual share payment process.* Conduct ad-hoc projects as required**What We Are Looking For:**Experience* 3+ years Compensation, project management and/or analytic experience, preferably within financial services, consulting and/or accounting industryEducation:* University degree (bachelor’s degree), preferably in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science - or equivalent work experience**The Expertise You Bring:*** Strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform complex analysis and interpret and summarize data in a simplified manner. Has advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and/or statistical skills. Experience in designing compensation models and compensation research and analysis.* Strong reporting and presentation skills. Ability to manage large sets of data and report in a simple and effective manner. Ability to develop presentations for clients and management.* Strong project management skills. Possess strong skills and experience in managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.* Strong attention to detail and possess time management skills.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
