Acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence. Daily Tasks (but not limited to) Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management. Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues. Training, coaching, and developing employees. Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed. Assigning tasks to the team and ensuring store safety and cleanliness. Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback. Ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
