Manager, Merchant Analytics Walmart Connect Canada Location: 1940 Argentia Rd, Mississauga, ON L5N 1P9, Canada What You’ll Do Lead and develop the Analytics and Insights team, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate needs into analytical solutions. Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and insightful reports. Validate data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all outputs. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions. Oversee and review analysts’ work to ensure quality and efficiency. Leverage AI tools to automate processes and enhance team efficiency. Empower other teams by training and enabling effective use of analytics platforms. Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Science, or a related quantitative discipline. Minimum 5 years’ extensive experience in data and statistical analysis. Hands‑on experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python. Proven experience working in the Retail Industry is a plus. Expertise in Business Intelligence reporting using Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to drive actionable insights. Exceptional storytelling and presentation‑building skills, translating complex statistical concepts into clear, actionable business insights. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
