If so, this Marketing Project Coordinator role might be your next opportunity You’ll be at the heart of a leading retail rewards program, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to manage campaigns across digital, email, social, in-store, print, and paid media channels . This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll own projects from briefing to execution and play a key role in enhancing the customer journey. What You’ll Do Manage marketing projects across all channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards Develop internal omni-channel briefs, identify resource needs, and work with creative and production teams Provide stakeholders with updates on project timelines, status, and deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and integrate content across channels Ensure a consistent and optimized customer journey across all touchpoints Who We’re Looking For This role is perfect for someone who: Has 3+ years of marketing project management experience, ideally in retail or loyalty programs Has a proven track record managing omni-channel or multi-channel integrated campaigns Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines Has excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Pays exceptional attention to detail and consistently delivers high-quality work Enjoys working with creative teams while also managing stakeholders and project timelines Bonus Skills / Experience Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com Exposure to email platforms, CMS tools, social media management, or paid media campaigns Experience with analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance Why You’ll Love This Role Opportunity to own projects end-to-end and see the direct impact of your work Work with passionate, collaborative teams in a supportive, dynamic environment Gain experience managing high-profile campaigns across multiple marketing channels Contract role with potential for extension and future opportunities Ready to Apply?
