Represent Jimmy Choo in Richmond with luxury retail expertise, client engagement, and styling ability at the Vancouver Outlet. This is a full-time opportunity.
As a Sales Associate, you will build lasting clientele relationships while delivering elevated service before and after sales. The role requires product knowledge, POS accuracy, and fashion sense. You will partner with management to achieve sales targets and represent the brand within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and create elevated shopping experiences
- Cultivate clientele relationships and proactively foster customer engagement
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain product knowledge across Jimmy Choo footwear and accessories
- Fulfill key-holder opening, closing, and cash-handling responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of luxury retail experience
- Established clientele and proven selling experience
- Customer-focused approach with strong styling and fashion sense
- Experience using POS, iPad, and multi-channel systems
- Comfort creating daily social media posts
